What will company do with their profits at the end of the year if not declared as dividend full amount will it add to their capital? or what will they do.

In case of companies profits transferred to profit and loss a/c. should not be transferred to capital
If there is a profit of 3000000 in 2019-2020 then in 2020 books where will they show is it in p&l
