This is bound to happen whenever Nadaan Nilkaeni is contracted. Before the award of contract the software is easy to edit for the field s you state.But once Nadaan heads the project this issue which you state crops up.
Before Inc tax department he headed a project for UIDAI .The profile that he left as a legacy is for eternity.
Now he heads this project so from previous facts this will also go the same way!
