why not? I think yes, due to he provide service due to there skill and profession
bt such person has no degree in this field
then it have to read language of section 44ada what it actually say
if no degree then it cannot be professional income for benefit of section 44ada
If I have B. Com degree and I practice as professional / independent accountant, Can I use section 44ADA?
If I m working as Freelancer Accountant than I m eligible for 44ADA ? My degree is M'com, Diploma in Taxation law & practice ?
& If i m eligible My Net profit is Higher than 50 % which income is taxable ?
