Professional tax registration PTEC

Company incorporated in Mar 23 but it didn't apply for PTEC registration till August.Currently company has no employes and only two directors. It is a startup in pre revenue stage.While filling PTEC form it is asking for month of commencement of business ...What date should we fill in month of commencement..?
