Hi,


I have small doubt regards GST registration, Is it required for Professional tax registration certificate for partnership firm GST registration.

No, that option is not mandatory. If you have P.Tax number then you mention the same at the time of obtaining GST registration.

Now we are opening new firm so is it mandatory for P.tax registration number for applying GST registration or Partnership firm.

you need to pan no. first of all and then u applied on behalf of it

I have Pan number for new firm, can I possible to taken GST registration...

Yes you can apply GST registration on basis of PAN.. PT Registration is not mandatory

Now Professional tax Number is not required for Partnership,Professional tax is mandatory for only other than HUF and Partnership firm.

But inviidual partner must have PTEC

Sir, now we are opening partnership firm so is it required to take P.tax number for firm .
