Professional Tax Querry

The registered office of my company is in West Bengal, where we have the professional tax registration & all, apart from it there is a branch office of the company in Bangalore, but the bangalore office have no staff at all, actually the West Bengal office visits the bangalore office occasionaly as per the need. Do we need to have a professional tax registration for bangalore office also, if yes whether it should be for RC also. Please advice
