In a company X, employee Y worked for two months August and September, got total salary of Rs. 120,000. As a employer, how much amount should be deducted as professional tax by X? 1095 or 366(1095*2/6)?

professional tax is deducted on the six months salary,month means calender month
if the six months salary is more than 70000 then 1095 is deducted as professional tax in chennai.
In my opinion 366 is deducted as professional tax based on monthly wise.
