Professional tax is paid 200/- per month and 300/- for the month of february per person.
If your company is having liability of 50,000/- or more under professional tax then you need to file return monthly before last day of each month & if liability <50,000/- then yearly return before 31.03
Payment is different for different states

No PT for woment salary upto Rs.10,000/-
for other, upto 7,500/- = Nil
From 7,500 to 10,000 = 175
Above 10,000/- = 200
