Regarding profeesional tax

Person working in privite company and as a LIC Agent also, professional tax is deducting by both empolyer, 

Here my question is he has to pay professional tax with two employer or one, either is it any possibilities to file return on one empolyer professional tax return

if you pay professional tax both side than maximum deduction is allowed only ₹2500 including both side .

Mr. priyank , could please quote relevant section that only 2500 allowed as professional tax

Clause 2 of article 276 prescribed professional tax.

yeah.. that's ok Mr. priyank, wherein income tax act it is mentioned that professional tax allowed is only 2500
