Sirs, I am in my articleship period, starting from 18th of August 2017.
I have been asking my principal for transfer from more than two months, but he refused to sign form 109 by saying , " I won't sign it, there must be some other way, find that".. I have mailed in ICAI too... In 2 months i learned how to distribute marriage invitations. They haven't paid me stipend since i joined the firm... Is there any other way to get transfer or I have to continue this slavery ?

It's pain reading such things. For your career's sake, donot continue with the firm. What way does your principal even think about? If you need a transfer you have to file 109. Since you are still in 1st year of articleship, transfer should not be tough. Give reason like distance or health. And convincing him to sign, is all on your shoulders. All the best!
take your parents along with U to the ca firm and take their help in getting form signed.
