Professional misconduct?
I have been noticing for numerous number of times that nowadays CA firm names appear under the heading Chartered Accountant before a movie starts as a part of pre movie credits /starcast/technician. Don't you think that this is a professional misconduct as it is like advertising which is strictly prohibited . Kindly reply.

Its not a professional misconduct bcs The CA himself not doing any advertisements ....here ..The production company are telecasting the name of all correlated person with the film. If you see carefully clause 7 of First Schedule of CA ACT you may find details of this matter there....There is no such explanation have been given.
