yes if the Indivisual income is exceeding Rs. 10 Lacs, he is eligible for Tax Audit U/s 44AB..
3CD need to be filled in Along WIth audit report in form 3CA...
Last date for for filling is 30th sept..
form next AY the limit has been incresed from 10 Lacs to 15Lacs.....
