Hi ! Please sort out my query.

I cleared CA Final in Nov'08. Now i have taken only membership no.

Currently i m working in CA Firm as Employee on salary basis.

1) If i work in Ca Firm, whether i can taken COP ?

2) wether Partial COP concept is still there ?

3) Wether my boss (Partner of Firm) can appoint article on my behalf ?

4) Whether i can sign Audit Report as deemed practicing CA. ?
