Can anybody please clarify as to whether as per 1st sch clause 1 of Professional Ethics a CA employed under a CA in practice also need a certificate of practice? Thanks.

Person rendering actjvity under section 6 of ca act is also deemed as ca in practice without holding ca certificate. But pls note auch practictioner shall be held guilty

As per sec2(2), he is NOT a member deemed to be in practice because he is working in Employees Capacity under CA. So accordingly he doesn't need CoP. Thanks.
