clause 10 part I of first schedule contains 3 exceptns-liquidatr,auditor of coopratv society and valuer...5 more points are added in jan 14 ..are they relevant for nov 14 xams.....
plzz reply soon if anyone hv idea...

Hi ankita there are only 3 exceptions in module jan 14 edition..what other exception u talking abt?reply asap

Cn anyone tel me..since as per new companies act,which section reference to quote in clause 9 of first schedule..since 225 of companies act,1956 is there in new book of Surbhi Bansal?
Sec 140 of companies Act 2013
No the latest edition of bansal states sec 225 of 1956 as regards to ethics.....but sec 140 should be mentioned in exams
@ ashish dange are you 100% sure that we are to quote sec 140 only..as I read somewhere sb mam said we dont..pardon me if im wrong!!

How many SEC's applicable for this Nov'14 exams?
The best thing would be to write section 140 and then within brackets write (or sec 225 of companies act 1956). It will also clear us from all the confusion as well as cast an impression that we have a thorough knowledge
