Fortunately, found out that the full text of Chartered Accoutant Act, 1949 as amended by the Chartered Accountant (Amendment) Act, 2006 is given in the RTP May 2008. Update : RTP Nov. 2008 has been hosted on ICAI website but Suggested Answers of May 2008 attempt still not available. Ashish Singla
