After completion of our articles,. our prinicpal will be signing that he/she has completed 3/3.5 yrs of articles...
" This is to certify that Mr. X has completed his 3 years of articles.. During his period he has been exposed to various types of audit including internal, statutory and tax audit.. he was also trained in matters of service tax" .... like this can he give us any sort of certificate...
Does it constitute professional misconduct... Share yur views pls..

no there is nothing like misconduct. He can give that. If he denies the best way is you can prepare your resume stating everything and in refernce ask him to sign it. This is the lastest way to make resume which is referred and signed that your resume is as per your experience...
