Profession tax on salary

If Company not deposited Professional tax amt into the govt a/c for the previous year say 2009-10,so while calculating the taxable Profit,the salary exp allowed as deduction or not.

If it is deposited C.Y but before Balance sheet approved by BOD then what should be treatment
