Dear Experts, GOOD DAY.
Our Co. having HO in Ahmedabad. We got Civil Contracts in MP State. We are making VAT/CST Registration in MP State. But some Consultants telling that we have to get it registered for Prof.Tax also. IS IT CORRECT? B'coz our Head Office in Ahmedabad having all the Registrations including Prof.Tax. All the Salaries will be released from HO only.
Kindly give Ur valuable advice.
