one of my client has rendered Prof Fees in Karnaataka. But Head office in Maharastra. whether I shall apply IGST or CGST SGST

Is Maharashtra office Issuing Invoice to you and directing to render the prof serivce in karnataka ?.
If services rendered at karnataka and service provider is also from karnataka and bill is issued towards Maharashtra office then CGST and SGST apply, as place of supply of service is with in state,
if we stay at hotel in other state then they charge SGST and CGST.how
