As manufacturing you register under Regular Scheme and need to File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR - 2A and annual return GSTR - 9 in case turnover exceeds 1.5 crore.
If you want to register your brand to be patented , make it through advocate or legal practitioner.
As per AS-2 or Ind AS-2

In addition to above, prepare manufacturing journal for production of items to get finished stock items.
