Query in incorporation of producer company : "Plz remove referance of companies act 1956 from MOA , AOA ". Do anyone has draft copy of MOA/AOA deleting all the provisions of companies act 1956 for producer company , keeping only the provisions of Co. Act 2013 only. which was cleared by MCA. Plz share the same. Thanks.

To clear the MCA query, remove all references to Chapter IXA of the Companies Act, 1956 from your MOA and AOA. Replace them with references to Chapter XXIA (Sections 378A to 378ZU) of the Companies Act, 2013, which was introduced by the 2020 Amendment Act to exclusively govern Producer Companies.
