i.              I have given ICAI IPCC group-II exam (WRO ……) in May 2011 with Roll Number: ……

ii.             I wish to obtain the copy of my answer sheets under Right to Information Act, 2005 for following subjects of abovesaid exam:

a.    Adv. Accounts

b.    Audit assurance

c.    Information technology & strategic management

iii.            I am enclosing Rs.10 postal order. I agree to pay extra cost if any to get the information as per Act. Inform me where to pay, how to pay and whom to pay the extra cost.

iv.           I am also enclosing copy my identity proof and exam admit card to prove that requested answer sheets relate to me.

v.            The information requested is not exempted under section 8 and 9 of RTI Act.

vi.           As per recent judgement of Apex Court, student is eligible to see his answer books under Right to Information Act.

yes....u have to pay 10 rs. for postal order.

I just want to know that  par order kya naam se banega ......like " The secretary,The ICAI payable at new delhi or in some other name.
