We are Merchant Exporter. we want procure the goods without payment of duty for export from the dealer against ct-1. Whether we can issue ct-1 to our dealer for procurement the goods without payment of duty for export.

CT1 is issued by the Department to allow procurement of Excisable goods for export from the factory

Depends who’s carrier, yours or the suppliers. Assuming it was contracted by the supplier, then you need to signed for the shipment and notify the supplier. Ask them to credit If the carrier is yours.
