Procurement certificate cancellation
Actually our company is in SEZ, We are supplying good to 100% EOU vide procurement certificate. After the Union budget 2010, excise duty is amended from 8% to 10% with immediate effect.
Now we are unable to supply against the open PCs,
What is the procedure to cancel the Open PCs,
Please advise me.

FOR CANCELLATION THESE PRC'S , WRITE A LETTER TO THE OFFICE OF THE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER ( DEPUTY COMMICCIONER OF CUSTOMS) , REGARDING THE CANCELLATION THESE PRC attach original pc .

Acually, who has to apply for cancellation?
Our cutomer is in EOU, we are supplier in SEZ,
Our Customer has requested their range superintendent to give PC to Deputy commissioner, customs (SEZ).
We are supplying vide the PC.

DRAFT A LETTER IN F/O WHO ISSUE THIS PRC.
