07 January 2014As per Notification No. 43/2001 the exporter can procure the inputs without payment of duty under bond. Is this notification applicable for EOU supplies?
Is there any ways to procure the goods without payment of duty for supplies to EOU?

Notification No.22/2003 allows EOU to procure input/capital goods without payment of duty.
