If a Limited company is shifted its registered office from one state to other state. In which state it has to file its Income Tax Return and in which state it will it be proceesed.

It will processed at the Central Processing Centre, Bangalore. As e return is mandatory for companies.
I think ITR process will be base on PAN status. If co. has not modified its current status then return shoul be file in old state.
