Process to open corporate office

Hello,

My question is  : 

1. how may we open a corporate office in Delhi, when register office address is in Uttar Pradesh. what information is required to submit in ROC.

2. If we have register office in Uttar Pradesh & Corporate office in Delhi, then in which state we will get GST registration.

1. yes you can have corporate office in Delhi. if you are keeping all the documents at corporate office rather than registered office you need to intimate roc in e form

2. GST is supply based tax, wherever you supply you have to register in that state
