Does Indemnity Bond have to be on some Judicial stamp paper? If yes for how much amount?
Is there a circular regarding it?

Generally, on Rs. 100/- stamp paper or frenking.
Generally Indemnity bond is given on NJ (Non Judicial ) stamp paper. The value differs from state to state.
