Process for a person with OCI status to file for DIN and DSC

I am looking to form a Pvt. Ltd. company with me and my brother as the only Directors. My brother is holding an OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card and resides abroad with citizenship of that country.

Can you please guide me what is the step by step process for obtaining DIN and  DSC for him? What documents will he need to submit to get the DIN and DSC?
