Procedure to update the karta in huf (Both in pan, mf and bank)

A coparceners i.e a male member by birth on attaining age of majority can be HUF after after demise of karta
Till that period...i.e till eldest coparceners male member attains age of majority mother can act as manager of HUF as she is ONLY member of HUF and not coparcener
Just give application in required format to banks/ pan authorities for change in KARTA
They will provide required forms/ format for the said change
Regarding dissolution of HUF,....just by making dissolution deed duly stamped and registered distribute HUF property in ratio well accepted by HUF members....and that will end HUF permanent ly
