Please refer Section 54 of CGST Act and Rule 96A of CGST Rules for detailed procedure.

first log in then go to service and click refund button fill RFD-1 form after you have received ARN no then go to your jurisdiction office and submit the form. After you have received your refund within 60 days in your account . which is registered your GST portal
