Read bare Act

Dear Praveen,

The auditor of the company may be removed before his tenure i.e. before the AGM and on the expiry of his tenure i.e. AGM.

If the Auditor is to be removed before his tenure its require the Approval of Central Government.

If the new auditor is to be appointed in the General Meeting it require special notice.

Agree with Ankur.

Please go through Section-225 for more details.

Also check Section224(7).
