Procedure regarding director remuneration increase in pvt. com.

The remuneration of directors in case of private limited company can be increased just by passing of board resolution and further no need to file any document with the ROC.
Board meeting is quite suffficient in case of pvt.ltd company,
and u are requred file form23 a resolution of BOD regarding as such.
Agree with learned members above. However there is no need to file form 23.
