procedure of transmission of shares in private company

1. Attested copy of death certificate
2. Attested copy of legal heirship certificate
3. succession certificate or probated will or letter of administration issued by competent court if value of share are high
4. Id and address proofs of claimant
5. pan copy
6. Cancelled cheque leaf of claimant
7. Finally request letter from claimant
8. If point no. 3 docs are not available / required, then take indemnity and affidavit from all legal heirs
9. Take no objection from all other legal heirs other than yo whom shares are to be transmitted
10. Any other docs. you may feel necessary
