I have moved to Norway three years ago, and now I have very small income (interest from NRO accounts) originating in India.
I guess being an NRI, I am not suppose to fill the ITR in India. Is it correct? Please advice.
I was wondering if there is any procedure that I missed of reporting my shifting to another country.
Is there any place I can find more rules applicable for NRI's
