Procedure of issue of c - forms in delhi

 'C forms can be obtained on line also. Please refer to the website of www.dvat.gov.nic.in for further details.If this is not possible you have to file an application in plain paper to the VAT officer ,pay the required fees and get the 'C' forms......MJK

Mr Satbir singh, : Now it is all done online. You have to get the the username and pw from your tax paying (LVO) office. You have open the web site of your commercial tax department like www.dvat.gov.nic.in etc and go for e-forms,then using your username and pw open your account. Fill in the required information and get the 'C' form.In some states you can save and send it online to your supplier.Some states have the rule getting them approved by the tax officer also. find out from your VAT office......mjk
