Procedure of filing Form 17

There is no clarity on how the Form 17 will be implemented by the government, it is still awaited

As till date form 17 has not been updated at NSDL site so there is not so much clarity regarding that. as far as concered about payment for the month of April 2009 , many companies makes payment from challan 281  and me too makes payment thru this . So wait upto next month payment.

Hi, I want to know about Form no. 17A. When number of deductees will be more than 50 then how i will mention all the detais of deductees like PAN, NAME, TDS of deductee in one single form. Please let me know by which mode i can file details of more than 50 deductees.

Filing in form 17 got postponed again as per the new press release issued by CBDT. So, we can continue with the old forms.
