Procedure for transferring shares as per companies act, 2013

Refer Sec.56 of CA 2013 and Rule 11 of Companies (Share Capital & Debentures) Rules 2014 for transer of shares. The transfer deed in eform SH-4 has to be delivered to the company within 60 days from the date of execution of the deed.
