Procedure for silling form 2 od roc

Can some tell the procedure for filling FORM2 of ROC as we need to increase our paid up capital.

we have already got approval for FORM 5 and FORM 20. Now we need to fill FORM 2. What is the procedure?

i think u might have filled form 5 and 23 but not 20 now if u hvae alloted the shares to the members,t

then we have to file form2 with roc with a copy of allottee details,
