Procedure for share transfer

transfer and transferee has to fill a share transfer form (SH-4) and submit it to the company along with the share certificate and then company in turn will pass a board resolution and then make necessary entry in the register of member and issue a share certificate to the transferee 

No need to file any form with MCA for transfer of shares.
