A Private Limited Company (RoC-West Bengal) was formed in the year 2010, after forming not filed any return or compliance, present Status is Strike Off.
Can the company revived to Active status.
If possible, please guide the process
For getting active status of the company you need to comply section section 252 by way of filing petition/application to NCLT.
