6. PAN Card
7. Address proof
8. Rent agreement with rent receipt, NOC from qwner
9. Bank statement
10. Bank Pay in Slip, one cancealed cheque
11. Courier Receipt
12. Electricity Bill
13. Telephone Bill
14. Power of Attorny
