what is the procedure for registration under delhi VAT for a business engaged in both sale and service?

For Registration under DVAT & CST, Following Documents Required:

1. Signed DVAT Form - 04

2. Signed DVAT Form -12

3. Signed Form A

4. Surity Bond( local & central) for Rs. 50,000/- either in cash or BG or Post Office Cash certificate etcptr.

5. Passport

6. PAN Card

7. Address proof

8. Rent agreement with rent receipt, NOC from qwner

9. Bank statement

10. Bank Pay in Slip, one cancealed cheque

11. Courier Receipt

12. Electricity Bill

13. Telephone Bill

14. Power of Attorny
