You have to file Form 1, Form 32 and Form 18

MOA

Power of Attorney

Form 32 attachment

If private co.  then no attachment

If Public Co. Then attach the consent letters of directors

Not documents to be attached to form 18

In addition to Mayur's reply, the deadline is 60 days.

You need to get the name of the company incorporated by filing forms

within 60 days from the receipt of the name.

Dear Frnds,

no objection certificate is also required if u make any other person (apart from the person who applied for name availability in E Form 1A) as a subscriber to the MOA. 

in that case NOC is also required to be attached with E form 1

Dear Sir,

 U have to File Form 1 ( Name, No of shares, Directors etc) U have to attach MOA ,AOA, Power of Attorney

Form 32- Directors particulars

The deadline is 60 days from the date of approval. It can be extended for another 30 days by filing Form 1AR
