Procedure for din of indian citizen residing in foreign

Hi Mahesh. 

While filling up Form DIR-3 there comes a point where it is asked if the applicant is a  citizen & resident of India or not. Select which ever is applicable. 

ID proof and Address proof are the required attachment in this particular form. 

In case you select the applicant is Indian, then you need to attach his PAN Card and address proof of India and present residence proof of foreign country. 

And in case, he has obtained the Foreign citizenship and having PAN Card also, even then the applicant need to attach PAN Card address proof and permanant residence proof and present residence proof of Foreign country
