Condonation of delay has been revised as per mca rule. Now from the due date of filing till 365 days no production of condonation of delay letter. Payment of additional fees only. expiry of 365 days, to produce condonation of delay from chennai only for southern region.

as per MCA Circular the present system of filing application to CLB will continue if delay is beyond 300 days.

As per the latest notification, the original time limit of filing of charge/modification of Charge and satisfaction of Charge has been reinstated. Hence I want to know the complete procedure for filing condonation of delay in filing charge together with Forms, Affidavit and petition
