Procdre 4 exempted sales(removal)of excisable goods to sez

1. you should obtain Bond/ LUT from AC/DC of your jurisdiction

2. Prepare invoice and mentioned duty payable which will be foregone.

3. fill up ARE 1 and declare self sealing what contains in Lorry/Truck.

4. Intimate your range office within 24 hours after dispatch time along with ARE 1 triplicate & quadruplicate copies and invoice copy.

5.Submit ARE 1 copy which endorse by ICD check post of SEZ within 45 days.
