Requested to explain the procedure to be followed (with document details/intimation to Range) about Removal of Excisable Goods to Customer located in SEZ...(within same State) Besides ARE-1 what all other documents to be incorporated and whether any prior intimation to be made to the Excise Range or any approval has to be taken before Dispatch...please explain

1. you should obtain Bond/ LUT from AC/DC of your jurisdiction
2. Prepare invoice and mentioned duty payable which will be foregone.
3. fill up ARE 1 and declare self sealing what contains in Lorry/Truck.
4. Intimate your range office within 24 hours after dispatch time along with ARE 1 triplicate & quadruplicate copies and invoice copy.
5.Submit ARE 1 copy which endorse by ICD check post of SEZ within 45 days.
