I need clarifications for the below mentioned questions. Help me out.
- Say A is a office and B is its manufacturing unit.
- C is a raw material supplier.
- C supplies raw material directly to B issuing a CENVATABLE invoice and commercial invoice is issued to A for VAT purpose.
- B in turn manufactures final product and transfers it to a dealer D under cover of CENAVATABLE invoice and A issues a comercial invoice on D..... IS ThIS POSSIBLE???

as A is head office or regd office, A is eligible to issue commercial invoice for vat purpose,
B is excise regd factory, so B will issue factory invoice to D, for cenvat purpose, and A will issue commercial invoice, annexing the invoice of B as challan / supporting document.
as A is head office, it is deemed that A&B is covered under same regn no of vat and excise,
