Problem with rpu version 3.8

Hello Dear All,

I had downloaded RPU version 3.8 properly form NSDL website, but when i proceed for making return & open the Software it gave me a message-

Component 'SPR32X30.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I have already tried to open software on another system. Moreover i have downloaded again 2or more time the set-up file from NSDL website, but the problem remains as-it-is.

Please anyone help me..

But i have tried on windows XP also, still the problem persists..

Hello, friend

Which operation system You  are using????  

If you are using windows 7 or windows 8 then it will not work out.

This RPU works only in XP .................. 

THERE ARE SO MANY DRAWBACKS OF THIS RPU..........i think government is still working on old era technology, for creating such type of RPU.

Follow below steps :-

1. You must have Administrator rights

2. Go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Click on "Change User Account Control Settings"

3. Set to "Never Notify"

4. After completing the above mentioned task please do restart your machine.

5. Now re-install your software and it will be able to work successfully.. All the best ...
