I have joined for articles on 6th October 2014 in ca firm and it has registered under principal name. but he has exceeded the number of articles he is to employ. I got a letter from ICAI that u have to re register again with new principal.
because of this reason, my attempt will be delayed? or ICAI will consider my joining date as
6th October if I join in same firm under new principal
In new form, mention articleship joining date as 6th october...ur new principal will accept this date because u r working in the same firm. Icai will consider the same date, if there is no time limit of sending registration form from the date of joining.
From the date of joining articleship, is there any time limit like.... Within 1month u have to send articleship form. But, I don't think there is a due date. So u can send form. Mainly ur firm principal has to accept that 6th October date. Once he accept then there will be no problem from icai side. U r saying there is no problem from ur new principal..so send your form by mentioning 6th October only. All the best.
